**OVERVIEW**   This website is managed by 2S Collects. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to 2S Collects. Our store is hosted on GoDaddy, which provides us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state or province, and that you have granted consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site.  You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, and you shall not, while using the Service, violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.  You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or other destructive code. Any breach or violation of these Terms will lead to the immediate termination of your Services.

Such products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.  We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our products that appear instore. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

We retain the right, though we're not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any individual, geographic area, or legal jurisdiction. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the ability to limit quantities of any products or services offered. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Additionally, we can discontinue any product at any time. Any product or service offers made on this site are void where prohibited.  We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials you purchase or obtain will meet your expectations, nor do we promise that any errors in the service will be rectified.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per individual, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, same credit card, and/or orders utilizing the same billing and/or shipping address. If we alter or cancel an order, we may attempt to inform you through the email and/or contact information provided during the order process. We also reserve the right to limit or deny orders that, in our judgment, seem to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors.  You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date purchase and account information for all transactions made in our store. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account and any necessary information, such as email addresses and credit card details, to facilitate transaction completion and communication as needed.
